The Practice
Therapy for relationships, sexuality and the nervous system.
Integrative, relational and embodied. Long-form clinical work, internationally, online and in person.
Relationships shape the way we experience ourselves. They influence how we love, desire, protect, trust and belong.
Many of the patterns that shape our lives are not only cognitive but embodied. They live in our nervous system, our physiology and the ways we have learned to organise ourselves in response to experience.
My work brings together systemic sex therapy, attachment-focused Somatic Experiencing®, psychodynamic thinking and contemporary neuroscience. Together we explore how greater regulation, awareness and connection can open new possibilities for living and relating.
I work internationally with individuals and couples online, alongside periods of in-person practice.
Areas of Practice
Three interwoven fields.
The work moves fluidly between these areas — few lives arrive in only one of them at a time.

I.
Relationships
Conflict, communication, intimacy, infidelity, non-monogamy, parenthood, relational transitions and emotional connection.

II.
Sexuality
Low or mismatched desire, sexual trauma, body image, shame, intimacy, erotic development and relational sexuality.

III.
Trauma & Embodiment
Developmental trauma, attachment wounds, chronic stress, grief, nervous system regulation and restoring embodied resilience.
In-Person Somatic Touch
Another way of listening.
Some of the experiences that shape us most profoundly occur before we have words for them. Early attachment experiences, birth, medical procedures, shock and developmental trauma can leave enduring patterns in the nervous system and in the ways we instinctively organise ourselves in relationship.
For clients working with me in person, I may incorporate consent-based somatic touch as part of the therapeutic process. Used with care, precision and clear therapeutic boundaries, touch offers another way of listening — not only to what can be spoken, but also to the body’s protective responses and its innate capacity for healing and integration.
Touch is always collaborative, trauma-informed and guided by your pace. It is never assumed or required, but offered where it may support the therapeutic process.
How We Work
A committed, considered beginning.
Every therapeutic relationship begins with a complimentary consultation.
If we both feel the work is a good fit, we begin with a foundational package designed to create enough continuity for meaningful change to unfold.
Deep therapeutic work asks for commitment. The most significant shifts often emerge not from a single conversation, but from staying with the process over time.
Fees & Commitment
A considered container.
Work begins with a complimentary 20–30 minute consultation and continues in committed containers of ten sessions.
I work in committed containers of ten sessions, which provide the continuity this depth of work needs.
