Workshops: Reconnecting Body, Mind & Ancestry
In a world that often feels overwhelming, our workshops offer a space to step back, ground yourself, and reconnect with the deeper rhythms of life. We draw on ancestral wisdom, embodied practices, and restorative techniques to guide you in healing the nervous system and rediscovering your natural resilience.
This work is not just about individual wellbeing, but about collective healing — knowing that when we restore balance within ourselves, we create ripples of healing that extend to our communities and beyond. Together, we explore the interplay between body, mind, and the world around us, cultivating a space of rest, renewal, and reconnection.

Drawing on Somatic Experiencing (SE), embodiment techniques, and restorative practices, I guide individuals to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and cultivate resilience.
Join me each Friday for a class designed to help you reorient, regulate, and reconnect with yourself as you transition into the weekend. This class is about creating a space to nourish your nervous system, tune into the body-mind connection, and leave feeling grounded and resilient.
In a world that often pulls us out of balance, this class is a space to return to ourselves—to ground, stabilise, and cultivate inner strength. We’ll explore:
- Embodiment & Interoception: Engaging with the felt sense of our bodies, learning to discern between passing emotional states and our deeper sense of self.
- Vagal Toning & Social Engagement: Activating the heart-face connection to restore a sense of safety, calm, and presence in the world.
- Nervous System Regulation: Moving from survival states (fight-flight-freeze) to conscious, intentional living. Through gentle practices, we learn to manage overwhelm and build resilience in our responses to stress.
As we work to regulate our own nervous systems, we contribute to a larger healing process. The well-being of the individual ripples out, helping to heal the collective. In a world filled with overstimulation and stress, taking care of our inner landscape is quietly powerful. By coming back into balance, we create small yet profound shifts towards a more connected, resilient world.
