In my practice, I offer a deeply integrative approach to sex and relationship therapy, as well as body-oriented trauma therapy. Grounded in neuro-psychodynamic, systemic and attachment-relational frameworks, my work is informed by an understanding of how our nervous systems shape our experiences of intimacy, love, and the romantic bonds we form with others.
I work with the implicit stories held in the body—the memories and patterns stored beneath conscious awareness. Through somatic approaches such as Somatic Experiencing ®, we explore the interplay between past, autobiographical experiences and the present moment, gently releasing old traumas and creating space for new, empowering ways of being and relating to the world around us.
These sessions are about liberation and reconnection—mending fragmented experiences into cohesive ones, cultivating joy, and moving toward a future rooted in authenticity and self-compassion. Together, we build resilience and reimagine how you engage with yourself, your relationships, and the world.
Sex and Relationship Therapy
True change happens when we focus on what’s possible in the present. In my work, I combine psychodynamic, systemic, and somatic approaches—including nervous system regulation—to help individuals, couples, and multi-person constellations reconnect to intimacy, trust, and clarity in relationships and sexuality.
Whether you’re addressing desire, relational patterns, body shame, trauma or conflict, these sessions offer a safe space to bridge misunderstandings, deepen connection, and foster meaningful and lasting change.
Body-Oriented Trauma Therapy
Using somatic approaches like Somatic Experiencing®, I help clients release trauma held in the body—whether from early emotional patterns, trans-generational experiences, accidents, or chronic stress.
By engaging the felt-sense and interoception, we complete unresolved stress cycles, reawaken the nervous system’s ability to regulate, and foster resilience. This work offers a safe space to reconnect with your body, restore balance, and embody life with greater vitality and presence.
Attachment-focused Somatic Experiencing
Attachment-focused Somatic Experiencing offers a unique approach to healing by addressing the intricate connection between trauma and attachment. Early relational experiences shape our emotional and behavioral patterns, and trauma can disrupt secure attachment, leading to difficulties in emotional regulation and relationships. This approach integrates attachment theory with Somatic Experiencing, a body-awareness method that helps release trauma stored in the nervous system.
In sessions, we’ll explore your attachment history, identify relational patterns, and cultivate greater self-awareness. By attuning to your body’s wisdom, you can restore a sense of safety, heal relational wounds, and create healthier connections. This approach focuses on the bodily manifestations of trauma and helps clients become more aware of their physiological experiences and release stored trauma-related stress.
